Terms of Enrollment

Legacy Mentoring Solutions, LLC

(Effective in Augusta, West Virginia)

 

1. Payment Terms

You authorize Legacy Mentoring Solutions, LLC to collect either a one-time payment in full or equal monthly payments according to the pricing listed at checkout.

Payments are processed automatically using the payment method you provide.

If a payment fails, you’ll have 48 hours to update your payment information. Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension or loss of access until the balance is current.

All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except where required by law.

Chargebacks are not permitted. If a concern arises, please reach out directly to support@marlenehorstmentorship.com for resolution.

 

2. Program Commitment

Each program offered by Legacy Mentoring Solutions, LLC varies in length (for example, a 6-week intensive, 3-month mentorship, or 12-month mastermind). The specific term is stated on the sales page or invoice at the time of purchase.

By enrolling, you agree to complete the full duration of your chosen program.

There are no cancellations or refunds once access has been granted.

Termination for breach—including non-payment, misconduct, or confidentiality violations—does not release you from your financial obligations.

 

3. Participation Expectations

We are committed to creating a respectful, growth-oriented environment.

Your participation may be limited, suspended, or terminated—without refund—if you:

 

Become disruptive or disrespectful
Fail to follow program guidelines, or
Interfere with the participation or safety of others in any live, recorded, or digital space.

 

4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All frameworks, recordings, workbooks, and materials shared within the program are the exclusive property of Legacy Mentoring Solutions, LLC and are provided for your personal use only.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share any program materials or private discussions.

Any breach of confidentiality or misuse of intellectual property may result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

 

5. Terms of Sale

All purchases are final once access has been granted.

Refunds and transfers are not permitted except as required by law.

Chargebacks or payment reversals are considered a breach of this Agreement.

 

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Legacy Mentoring Solutions, LLC makes no guarantees of income, results, or specific outcomes.

Your success depends on your personal effort, mindset, and consistency.

In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the total amount you paid for the program.

 

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.

Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Augusta County, WV, and each party shall bear its own costs.

 

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full understanding between you and Legacy Mentoring Solutions, LLC, and supersede all prior verbal or written agreements.
