By completing my purchase to attend this in-person event, I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
1. Terms of Enrollment ("Agreement")
Note to client: One of the most difficult aspects to successfully growing a business is making sure you keep your proprietary information and intellectual property protected, while also balancing your culture, authenticity, and commitment to clients. Marlene Horst strives to provide the greatest possible experience for all our clients and the following agreement outlines some parameters and terms of the Program.
To fully experience and gain the most benefit from the Program, you agree to the following:
Section 1, Payment-Terms
Payment Terms:
You hereby authorize Marlene Horst Beauty to collect either a one-time Payment In Full, or equal monthly payments in the current monthly pricing structure of this program.
Payment must be made in full on the date that client enrolls in the Mastermind or each
consecutive month on the date the first payment was made.
No payments will be refunded at any time for any reason
The client may determine which payment method is preferred and the client is
responsible for informing Marlene Horst of this preference at least two (2) business days prior to
the payment due date since Marlene Horst’s payment system may automatically charge one of
the cards on file that may not be the clients preferred payment method.
Any late payments must be rectified within 24 hours to avoid loss of access. If vault access is terminated voluntarily or by late payment , clients may regain their access at the current retail value.
Section 2. Participation Terms
We are committed to providing all Mastermind participants with a positive experience. Thus, Marlene Horst may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund
(a) Become disruptive or difficult to work with
(b) Fail to follow the Mastermind guidelines
(c) Impair the participation of our employees, contractors, clients, instructors or
participants in any of our programs
This is not a membership. This is a strict 1 year commitment, without the possibility of cancellation. In the event of a payment plan default, you are financially responsible for all programs accessed during their membership.
Section 3, Confidential Information
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Mastermind participants. Thus, you agree:
To not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Mastermind participants during Mastermind sessions
Section 4, Terms of Sale
(a) You hereby agree that all Mastermind sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferrable
(b) You agree to waive any/all rights to charge-back
